Graham and Michaela would like to extend a warm welcome to our friends and new guests to The Bellevue House Bed and Breakfast in the Scottish Borders!

The Bellevue Guest House is a Scottish Tourist Board Quality Assured three star + bed and breakfast guest house.

The detached Victorian town house is set in a quiet part of the town and only a few minutes walk from the square in Kelso and a short stroll from the rivers Tweed and Teviot junction in the Scottish Borders. The guest’s accommodation spreads over two floors, dining room on the ground floor and six en-suite letting bedrooms on the first floor.

The Bellevue has a long history of traditional values initially as a small hotel and now as an established Bed and Breakfast Guest House offering good old fashioned hospitality and still being small enough to care about our guests and visitors to Kelso.

The house is furnished with antique and some period furniture and fittings, yet has all modern conveniences – comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms and a selection of quality Scottish toiletries, radio and Internet WiFi connection in the bedrooms and televisions.

We also offer a desktop computer and small desk facility to check on those emails and internet searches in the guests breakfast / dining room.
